Our Process

Initial Consultation & Site Visit
We like to visit our clients within the week an enquiry has been made. Here we will establish what your wishes are to build or renovated on your land.
Quote Issue & Acceptance
We guarantee that within 7-10 days of our initial meeting that you will receive a detailed quote.
Meet our Design Team
You have signed our fixed price building contact and nows its time to meet the rest of the team, Here we will show you what is possible on your block and get thoses initial floor plans started. The team will have these withing 10 days
Application & Approvals
You have made your revisions and floor plans are approved. Now it is time to lodge the plans to engineers or council. Depending on this process, it could take any where between 6 weeks to 6 months to be approved.
Site Prep & COnstruction
Site preparation, temporary fencing, bathroom facilities including neighbour notificiation letters to be issued. Construction begins! We'll be in contact with you throughout the build to design and choose your finishes. Our typical build for a new home or duplex could be any where from 9-12 months.
Move in Day !
Client inspection and Key Handover. We offer a full walk through with our client to display their new and glorious home. We have our own professional photographers. We can also assist with furniture guide and styling your beautiful glorious home.

dETAILED pROCESS

Initial Consultion - Site Visit An opportunity for us to evaluate the requirments of your build, here you will meet our Head Builder to discuss your options, site requirements and process.

Planning and Approval Stage We offer a holistic approach to all our builds, working with our in-house architets, engineers and certificers, we can start the process of designing your home, how it will sit on your block, the exterior features and floor plans. This process of the initial sketches can take anywhere between 10 - 14 working days.

Floor and Design Plans You will now have the opportunity to finalise your floor plan and design with our achitects and design team. You can have up to 2 revisions.

Approvals Granteds - DA and CC At the home stretch - This process could be anywhere from 6 weeks - 6 months depending on your local council's process

Quotation Submitted - Face to Face Within 7-10 working days, Prizm Homes will return to you with a quotation for the project. Provided in the quote will be a build base line cost with Builders Range finshes. This quote is not final, as you may wish to add specific finishes to suit your decor. We can also provide you will a Planning and Approval Package.

Quote Acceptance You have now had the chance to look through the quote, fine print and are now confident in Prizm Homes working for you. You can sign the Fixed Price Building Contract and pay the 10% deposit. We now move forward to design and planning stage.

Application - DA or CDC Our team will advise you on the submission process and handle all the details as which way is best for your situation moving forward. We will submit your application to the planning portal and provide you will updates along the way.

Prizm Homes Construction Temporary Fencing goes up and all relevant site preparation is started. Excavation, Plumbing and Electrical, Slab poured.
